Who is Hotline best suited for?
Hotline in its current form is great for both solo work and teams of various sizes with distributed message flows. Current limitations are that simultaneous work of many operators on a very intensive message flow (over 50 requests per day per operator) in one group is inconvenient, and a constant flow of more than 20 messages per minute leads to message delivery queuing. But we plan to solve this soon.
How is system usage calculated and paid for?
We allow free use of the system in exchange for showing copyright to users in the first message. The free version is quite functional, limits allow free use of Hotline even on significant projects.
If you have high message traffic, need to remove copyright, or require premium features, cost depends on daily messages (and Telegram API updates) and payment term. Learn more about paid plans and services.

Can parallel connection break something in my bot?
It cannot. Parallel connection of Hotline to existing bots doesn't affect their logic. Your bots won't see messages sent through Hotline to users, but they'll continue to see incoming messages and callbacks from button presses. For account connections, we connect as another Telegram application.
Can one forum group handle messages from multiple bots or accounts?
This is possible, but we recommend creating a separate group for each connection, especially with significant message traffic. Learn more about multiple connection specifics.
Has the system been tested on high-load projects?
Yes. Some projects currently process over 5,000 requests per day through Hotline with small teams.
If our team already uses a 'heavy' CRM, can we communicate with users through Hotline?
Yes. There are several ways to integrate Hotline with external systems via our Webhooks module. You can pass all new dialogs to external systems and record correspondence there. You can also pull additional user information from external systems or even manage profiles with special commands in the backend group.
Hotline can serve as a super-convenient frontend for quick processing of messages from Telegram, while maintaining customer base collection and processing in existing systems. Learn more about integration capabilities.
Is the system suitable for large teams with really high message volume?
You can discuss large-scale use cases with support in advance. Hotline has a rich set of features for teamwork, and many large teams already use the system. The main thing is to observe Telegram limits.
How secure and confidential is it?
We are proponents of internet privacy and fundamentally don't save message bodies that are relayed through the system. Unlike web-cabinet based systems, we don't need to store message bodies on our servers - our system just forwards them from the connected bot or account to the forum group and back. Thus all message content remains only in Telegram. This provides the highest level of confidentiality among "similar" Telegram request processing systems. Learn more about privacy.
How stable is the system?
We can be proud of our infrastructure and fault tolerance. The entire system is built on Kubernetes in Google Cloud and prepared for scaling as load grows. Physical servers are located in the Netherlands, near Telegram's main European data center. Currently we record less than 5 minutes of downtime per week during scheduled maintenance or restarts, which we try to perform at night UTC. Learn more about infrastructure
Can messages from WhatsApp, Viber, Email, feedback forms, etc. be processed?
Not in current plans. Hotline is primarily a Telegram-native system, probably the best of its kind.
